This hummus is hard to resist with the bright lemon juice, spicy hot sauce, red bell peppers and toasted pine nuts. It's by far my favorite hummus.

Place all ingredients in a food processor. Add extra chickpea liquid to thin to desired consistency. Add more lemon juice after tasting, if desired. Mix in chopped bell peppers, jalapeno peppers and olives.
For a hummus bar, make a couple more types of hummus such as the oil free hummus, black bean hummus, edamame hummus, all without oil, of course.
For the hummus bar or hummus toast bar, first place a few bowls of hummus around the table. Select from the list below and arrange the platters and bowls of various sizes and heights on a buffet table. Place some flowers on the tables, whole lemons, limes, poblano peppers, or other seasonal vegetables and fruit. Have plenty of tongs, spoons in each dish of ingredients. Place a stack of plates, silverware and napkins at one end of the table.
