I will work with you to design a personalized system to help you reach your culinary goals. For some, it’s healthy cooking, eating for longevity, or brain health. Maybe you made a decision to start eating “real food” as opposed to processed or prepared food with excessive sugar, sodium and refined carbohydrates. You want to incorporate more fresh vegetables, fruit, grain alternatives or whole grains and don’t know how to get started.

For others, medical conditions and advise to start eating gluten-free, plant based, low sodium, or low glycemic foods feels like an overwhelming challenge. An assessment of your kitchen, including your pantry, refrigerator and cooking equipment, your skill level, interest and available time is the first step. Next, I will show you how to shop, stock, and organize your kitchen to make it friendly for your culinary endeavors. Having the right equipment, kitchen tools, herbs, spices, staple ingredients and fresh ingredients is the key to success. With a fully stocked kitchen and a plan for efficiently preparing several days of meals and snacks, you will see a drastic decrease in the amount of money you’re spending on prepared or restaurant food, and an improvement in the quality of food you’re eating.
