Plant-Based Pasta
All recipes are plant-based and oil-free.
Pasta never disappoints! I visited a friend in Portland, Oregon in 2022 and she prepared a plant-based lasagna dinner from my 2021 Pasta Class. It was such a wonderful meal, and it could have been served to anyone, not just our plant-based no oil enthusiasts. I also realized how much I enjoyed having someone else cook my recipes! I have taken my basic lasagna recipe and added a couple new components, tested it with a no boil lasagna noodle to make it easier, and added a plant-based mozzarella topping. It’s so good! Pasta dinners can also be very simple but store-bought sauces are expensive and may have too much sodium. We will prepare a very simple master Bolognese sauce that can be used on any pasta and a creamy sauce with mushrooms. I’ve also included a dessert, biscotti with dark chocolate, I know you will love.
