After an initial consultation to discuss your eating preferences, dietary restrictions, cooking interest and skill level I will create customized menus, recipes and shopping lists. This service may used to help you get started or on an on-going basis.

It can be a challenge to have others come to your home for a visit or gathering. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy free, low sodium, plant-based and paleo are a few common dietary preferences today.

If you have weekend guests who have special dietary needs coming, an upcoming social gathering or holiday dinner but don’t know what to prepare, how much to purchase, where to find it, and how to serve the food, I will help you design complete menus taking into account your budget, needs of the guests, and your level of skill and interest in cooking. You will be able to relax and enjoy your event more if you have a detailed plan, advance preparation, and the right food on hand for your guests.
