Whole Food Plant-Based No Oil Recipes

Living in Texas I’ve had my share of some of the best Tex-Mex dishes around, however finding oil-free plant-based versions is a challenge.  Even the beans and rice will have add oil and the fillings will be some boring lettuce and tomatoes or maybe some greasy fake meat.  My versions of these popular dishes, Quesadilla with almond flour or corn/flour blend tortillas, beans and vegetables, Green Chile plant-based burgers, Grilled Avocado, Kale and Black Bean Taco, and Sweet Potato Black Bean Tostada are full of ingredients that make the dishes special along with assertive spices and flavors I love!  All recipes are oil-free
