Plant-Based Soups

All recipes are plant-based and oil-free.

I enjoy soup any time of the year, even in the summertime. A bowl of soup is nourishing, comforting, and satisfying. In this class, I’ll share some of my favorite soups along with recipes for cornbread, flatbread, and tortillas to go with the soups. These soups are all “master recipes” and can be adapted to your taste preferences and the ingredients you have on hand. For example, if you don’t like to use nuts you can substitute potatoes or white beans.
