Whole Food Plant-Based No Oil Recipes

This is party season or time for family and friends to gather.  These dishes are easy to make and crowd-pleasers too.  All recipes are oil-free.

Recipes:

  • Holiday Cashew and Almond Cheese Ball with Walnuts
  • Texas Caviar
  • Vegan “Crab” Cakes
  • Mini Creamy Herb Stuffed Potatoes
  • Cauliflower “Wings
  • Crostini (Crispy bead rounds) with Roasted Garlic, Walnuts, and apples
  • Whole Wheat Bread

You will receive a detailed recipe packet after purchasing.  Cook along with me or just watch the class, whatever you prefer.  Upon payment, you’ll receive the Zoom link and I will send a recording of the class after it’s held so you can watch it at your convenience.
